I have experience leading teams, creating new design systems, and transforming design culture. I balance creativity with practicality.

I'm currently the Head of Design at Kensho (S&P Global's AI lab), leading a team of 7 designers building agentic research tools for 40,000+ analysts. I previously built clinical workflow at Parachute Health, patient-facing research at Mayo Clinic, and EHR installs at Epic. I have a decade of designing in regulated domains for clinicians, cardiologists, financial analysts.

Design Leadership
Kensho (S&P Global AI innovation hub)

Lead Kensho's design org of 7 and built its design system from the ground up: from no system, to a full component library, to an internal Storybook-style platform that automates component-to-code generation. The work powers agentic research products used by 40,000+ analysts across S&P Global, with a craft bar applied to every surface of collaborative AI.

Outside of Work

I love to sew.

Sewing is where I balance practicality and creativity. I'm currently experimenting with how to create fun sashiko patterns.
