Examined the experience of wayfinding around campus and found strategic insights to create a better digital experience for patients. Redesigned and expanded JetBlue's Preference Center, a centralized area where loyalty members manage their account settings. Led card sorting workshops, tree testing, and worked closely with the JetBlue team to create a mobile-first experience meeting AAA accessibility standards.

Parachute Health

Designed a workflow for clinicians to submit reimbursement documentation for medical equipment orders. Mapped out complex fax, upload, and in-app submission flows, iterated through multiple versions with user testing, and worked hand-in-hand with developers to ship the final solution.
